“ENABLING ACT?”

    When Hitler became chancellor of Germany, his first act was
    to coerce the Legislature to pass the “Enabling Act”.  See
    "Hitler’s Enabling Act" 1933.  The “Enabling Act” allowed
    the cabinet members to make laws.  Has an Enabling Act
    been inflicted on the United States?   Creating laws with
    Executive Orders and passing laws without disclosing the
    content of those laws are certainly the equivalent of Hitler's
    “Enabling Act”.

    The first stimulus bill was enacted without serious debate
    and without knowledge of the content proving the point &
    Executive Orders are creating new laws daily.    See

    We are still in the midst of an economic crisis and that crisis
    is deepening.  

    Remember, both Hitler and Mussolini came to power during
    severe economic crisis.  All of the programs proposed by
    the tyrants destroy the nation’s wealth and inhibit the
    creation of wealth, a sure recipe to produce that economic
    crisis.     

    The American Revolution has not been in greater peril since
    the British fleet abandoned the attack on Baltimore in the
    “War of 1812”.  

    Laws created by executive order give the tyrants total
    power over the individual.  Has the tyranny of KING
    GEORGE III been resurrected under new management.  

    The tyrants still have the total control of the “Fourth Branch
    of the Government, the bureaucracy.   Expect the tyrants to
    make full use of the legislative, investigative and
    prosecutorial powers of the bureaucracy to attack our
    freedom and retain the power.  It is going to be very ugly!

    A DICTATORSHIP IN THE UNITED STATES

    On February 24, 2011 President Obama informed
    Congress that he would not enforce the laws that he
    disagreed with.    He issues executive orders instead of
    proposing new laws.  Thus, Mr. Obama has declared
    himself a Dictator?   Is anyone listening?   A Dictator does
    government.  The Dictator does not need the approval of
    Congress!   Dictators don’t resign and dictators don’t
    allow free elections!

    In the Capitalistic Economic System, entrepreneur
    invests capital in research and development.  The
    innovation, fueled by this research and development,
    created a standard of living in the United States that has
    been the envy of the world.  Unfortunately, capitalism has
    been slowly replaced by cronyism over the last hundred
    years.  

    In the Cronyism Economic System, the entrepreneur is
    replaced by the crony.  The crony invests capital to
    obtain political influence and the resulting economic
    advantage.  Cronyism has been the dominant economic
    system in the United States since the mid 20th Century.  
    The use of government force on behalf of the political
    crony slows the economy, reduces the standard of living
    and will eventually result in an economic crisis.  The
    consequence of that economic crisis will be a
    dictatorship.

    Due to the rapid growth of cronyism in the last 25 years
    that economic crisis is imminent!  Our future and our
    children’s future depend upon reversing the trend to
    cronyism and returning to the freedom and prosperity of
    capitalism.
